D&D 40th Anniversary Blog Hop #5: Highest character level

The highest level D&D character I recall playing was a 7th or 8th level Druid in college, and Name level is about the highest I’ve DMed.  I’ve always enjoyed the lower-mid levels the most (3rd-6th-ish) anyway. I did have a Top Secret character who reached 17th level as an Assassin, not bad for a guy who killed Adolf Hitler at least twice, not to mention his long line of secret progeny…
